As a cultural anthropologist with a deep appreciation for Brazil's Afro-Brazilian heritage, I sought out Floresta Tucuruvi for a romantic escape. The price, approximately 25 dollars a night, was appealing, and the breakfast served in the room added a delightful touch to our mornings. However, beyond these highlights, everything else fell short of expectations. The room service left much to be desired, and the housekeeping was subpar, failing to maintain the level of cleanliness one would hope for in a hotel of this caliber. The lack of amenities such as valet parking or a welcome drink was noticeable, leaving us feeling underwhelmed by our overall experience. While the free WiFi access and private parking were convenient, they were overshadowed by the shortcomings in other aspects of our stay. I would recommend Floresta Tucuruvi with caution, as there is room for improvement in various areas to truly provide a memorable and gratifying stay for guests seeking a cultural immersion in São Paulo.
